1. Free Consultation Call

Our consultation call is here to help talk you through your project in depth. We can discuss your ideas and analyse the requirements, budgets, timescales, and our process in more detail. After each call we can arrange a convenient time to visit.

2. Initial Survey

Our expert estimator will visit your home or site to meet you, assess the space and it’s condition, and perform the initial measurements of the area you’d like to have pressure washed. He will spend time with you to understand your needs and preferences.

Because each project different by: type, location, and design of the buildings, they will go through the options available and provide advice on what’s likely to best suit your property. They will also answer any questions you may have and work with you to turn your ideas into concrete plans.

3. estimate

Once we have discussed all of the project details and come to an agreement, as we have an idea of the job requirements now, we are able to provide you with a free, no obligation quote. It will normally be sent to you within couple of days via email.

There is no deposit to be paid upfront, and if you are happy to go ahead, we will book a date that suits you best.

4. Notices and preparations

Once you are ready and are happy to proceed, we will start the preparation process. At this stage, we will take care of all the notices to be submitted to comply will all legal and health and safety regulations while cleaning is carried out.

Once all permissions has been granted, the next step is to start the work.

5. Cleaning of the site

Once all approvals have been granted, the cleaning process will start. We work with you to determine the best time for your business and cause minimal disruption to the public. We typically offer cleaning services around those times where it’s least likely that we’ll interrupt any operations.

The whole process will be regularly monitored and inspected by a senior team member, who will be checking that the work is progressing as planned, inspect the quality of work, and ensure full health & safety compliance. He will be on hand to answer any questions you may have during this time.

During the work a progress pictures or videos will be sent to you at agreed intervals.

6. Completion

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with an end result.

Once all cleaning work is complete, we will perform an in-depth check of the area, before removing any equipment, to ensure any minor faults are rectified and area left debris free. We walk you through while showing around or will provide a photos explaining what has been done.

7. Ongoing Support

You are now free to benefit from the clean exterior!

Our professional team will continue to provide you with advice and guidance before and after the clean.
